Shipping Information

We take great care in preparing and delivering each Mama Luma piece. Below you’ll find detailed information regarding our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.

 

Shipping Origins

Shipping from Santa Barbara, California (USA)
Orders fulfilled from our U.S. stock are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1–2 business days after the order is processed. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days within the United States.

Shipping from Istanbul, Turkey
Orders fulfilled from our Istanbul stock are shipped via DHL or FedEx on the next business day after order processing. International delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on the destination. (Typically 1-3 days to GCC, Europe and USA, and typically 2-4 days to Rest of World)

 

Order Processing

Once an order is placed and processed, it immediately enters preparation.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified after processing.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees, depending on the destination country.

While our fulfillment system is structured to minimize customs charges, customs policies vary by country and exceptions may occur.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • Mama Luma is not responsible for customs delays, fees, or charges imposed by local authorities

  • Refusal of delivery due to customs, taxes, or duties does not qualify for a refund

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable due to:

  • customer unavailability

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • refusal to pay customs duties or taxes

the order will be considered non-refundable.

Any shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling costs incurred as a result will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking is provided, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Mama Luma is not liable for:

  • delays caused by customs or courier operations

  • missed delivery attempts

  • incorrect address information provided at checkout
