Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if in any case you are dissatisfied, we will be more than happy to assist you with a return and/or exchange. Returns and exchanges can be accepted within 21 days from the day of purchase. Kindly note that we will process neither returns nor exchanges on sale items and used and/or washed merchandise. To initiate the return or exchange process, you will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org within one of the designated time frames outlined below.
Our products are made in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
All shipping costs for returned goods are borne by the buyer, and we do not accept responsibility for the loss of goods being returned. We suggest using a trackable shipping service when returning.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tags must not be removed.
After the first 10 days of delivery, if the buyer wants to return the items, we will be happy to issue store credit.
Returned items must be shipped to the mailing address below, otherwise we are not able to issue a refund, we will be happy to issue store credit.
Refunds (if applicable)
After the first 10 days of delivery, we DO NOT issue a refund, and if the buyer wants to return the items, we will be happy to issue store credit or exchange the items. Once your return is received and inspected, our Customer Service Department will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your refund is rejected (due to the item found used, washed and/or damaged), then we will mail your package back to you. If applicable we will give you store credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We offer free shipping. Yes, we do not want our customers to pay for shipping. This is strictly because we want you to get the products of the highest standards. However, after the order is placed, for any reason the customer refuses to accept the package or is not present for the delivery and the package is sent back to our facilities, our company may demand payment of the agreed amount and also of all other costs and expenses incurred such as transportation and costs arising from the non-receipt from the buyer.

Mahinur Sari is the designer of Mama Luma. She is an interior architect and a mother of two. She started designing for her daughter back in 1999.

Mahinur Sari and Ata Sari are the owners of Mama Luma. Mrs. Sari is the Head Designer and her son, Ata, is the Chief Executive Officer.
Does Mama Luma participate in social programs?
Yes. Mama Luma partnered with Develop Africa to donate 4% of our quarterly sales to kids in Africa, where girls do not have access to these resources. All girls around the world deserve to feel confident and comfortable enough to express themselves in order to develop impactful and creative minds.
How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. We’ll do our best to cancel your order at this point; however, please keep in mind that our systems are designed to get orders on the way as quickly as possible, and we’ll be unable to cancel your order if it’s already entered our shipping & handling process.
